In my classes you work on your own sewing machine because I strongly believe that it is important to get to know your own machine. You decide what you want to work on or if you prefer I can set you a task. It can be a project you have wanted to finish for some time or a particular skill you need help with. Bring your pile of clothes in need of repairs or alteration. Make clothing for yourself or for another special person, cushions, curtains, bunting.

There are 2 formats available: 

​

A set cluster of lessons running over 5  weeks. Most lessons run for 2 hours. Only the Wednesday morning class is for 2.5 hours.

In the first hour you will work on your project. During a 15 minute coffee/tea break it is demo time. Then back to the machine for the remainder of the lesson.

On Tuesday evening the classes are in the Bettridge Center in Newtonhill.

​

On Wednesday the classes  are a collaboration with Elevate Health, Chiropractic and Wellbeing Ltd. They take place in "The space" in the Sheriff Court Buildings in Stonehaven.

Suitable for beginners , intermediate and experienced sewers.

In Newtonhil:

​Tuesday's 7.30 PM - 9.30 PM

In Stonehaven:

​Wednesday's

​Class 1: 9.30 AM- 12 PM  

Class 2:      2 PM - 4 PM

Class 3: 7.30 PM - 9.30 PM

1 to 1 lesson at your own home 

On a mutually agreed day and time. In and around Stonehaven. Sometimes that just fits your needs better. In the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. If you are interested please contact me to discuss this further
